Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 will power Xiaomi 14 series, iQOO 12, OnePlus 12, and more
For a long time, there have been rumors and leaks about the expected smartphones that will be powered by Snapdragon 8 Gen 3. With the launch of the newest powerful mobile chipset, several phone manufacturers have confirmed these rumors. It seems that a lot of OEMs including Xiaomi, Vivo, iQOO, HONOR, OPPO, realme, and more will use the new chip to power their smartphones.
Although the earlier reports revealed that the iQOO 12 series would be the first phone to be powered by SD8G3, Xiaomi will hold an event tomorrow, and it will launch the Xiaomi 14 series as the first smartphone that will use 8 Gen 3 SoC. Also, the Redmi K70 series will be one of the first phones with the latest Qualcomm chipset, and it will likely launch in November.
iQOO has confirmed that the company will launch its upcoming iQOO 12 series on November 7th, and it will be the second device to use the SD8G3 chip. Also, Yujian Shi, Senior Vice President & CTO at Vivo said that the brand’s upcoming flagship smartphones will be powered by Snapdragon 8 Gen 3.
